Scrum Master

As Scrum Master, you will own key aspects of the product and have a real impact on the users we serve.  You have an innovative mind with a passion for design.   • Set and own strategy and vision for the product team
  • Leadership of cross-functional product design and engineering teams; including setting goals for the team and individual contributors
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, finance, sales, operations and vendor teams to lead new product initiatives
  • Outline, analyze and manage fundamental metrics for ongoing improvement to product and user experience
  • Communicate product vision, direction and strategy to the rest of the company
  • Determine, prioritize and implement improvements and improvement strategy
  • Liaison between stakeholders and engineering team.



  • 5+ years of experience in product design and management
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience defining technical product features; from inception to execution
  • High level of attention to detail and strong communication skills.  Creative outlook on problem solving.
  • Proven leadership in building, leading and developing Product Design and Engineering teams (hiring, training, performance reviews, etc)
  • Prior experience working in a start-up environment a plus
  • Scrum Master or PMP certification a plus

NOTE: This position is a contract role based out of our San Francisco office. The position has potential to move into a full-time, permanent capacity.
