Client Menu Specialist

As a Client Menu Specialist, you are driven and self-motivated, ready to be an integral part of our daily operations. You use feedback to make well-thought-out and educated decisions in order to exceed client needs and ensure repeat business. You’re excited by organization and routine and you relish in working in a highly operational and detail-focused environment.

This position is based out of our midtown NYC office. The position will start at 30 hours per week, including weekends.


  • Develop custom meals for our clients based on their preferences, ensuring each detail is met with precision, accuracy, and care
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations team in a day-to-day capacity
  • Collaborate with the operations and vendor account management teams
  • Clearly and effectively communicate with clients and vendors on a daily basis
  • Fully execute any and all assigned tasks from the menu-building team with attention and rigor


  • Catering or hospitality experience a plus
  • Experience and ease with CRM database, web, and spreadsheet technology
  • Exceptional ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Startup experience is preferred
