Sales Development Representative

POSITION SUMMARY is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team to help us connect with companies across the country to discuss the future of workplace culture, highlighting our suite of offerings for in-office and remote teams. We prioritize learning and development, consultative selling, and cross-departmental collaboration working across teams from San Francisco and Los Angeles to New York and Atlanta.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll use your creativity and communication skills combined with a suite of technology tools to generate and engage with a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients.


  • Generate new qualified leads and opportunities within the markets serves through sourcing, cold calling, and other outbound sales activities
  • Creatively identify decision-makers at potential clients, research companies, and strategize approaches to create engagement
  • Use consultative selling to adjust your approach to fit the audience and maximize your pipeline
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with your peers and leadership to develop compelling solutions to meet a range of client needs
  • Orchestrate email outreach campaigns and own the follow-up steps
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM


  • 1+ years of professional experience, preferably in B2B sales
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Compelling communication, both verbal and written
  • Experience and ease with CRM database, web, and spreadsheet technology
  • Start-up experience is preferred
