Recruiting Coordinator feeds the best and brightest people and it takes the best and brightest team to do that. We're growing our HR team and looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to assist in the recruitment and retention of all entry-level employees across the company. Partnering closely with the HR Director, you will have an impact on national recruitment and employee onboarding.

This position requires full-time availability (Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm) based in our office.


  • Manage full-cycle recruitment & on-boarding efforts across the nation, from sourcing and interviewing to offer and orientation
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, communicating interview details to candidates and interviewers
  • Execute recruiting projects such as offer letter audits and job posting updates
  • Manage our applicant tracking system and job board updates
  • Document and suggest improvements for processes and procedures to ensure standardization and efficiency across a number of functional areas
  • Other projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements / Experience:

  • Driven, hardworking personality
  • 4-year college degree
  • Love for getting to know people
