People Operations/HR Manager

You will be the champion and thought leader for supporting all human resources aspects of our business and fostering company culture on a hands-on and strategic level as we continue to scale at a record-breaking pace. You'll help build a best-in-class people operations and extraordinary team that takes pride in what they do and never forgets to have fun.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop best-in-class internal HR policies and procedures
  • Partner closely with managers and co-founders in facilitating annual performance management program, employee development and compensation review processes by providing recommendations based on organizational need and business objectives
  • Manage exit interviews and create a strategic plan to improve employee retention and nurture employee engagement
  • Develop industry wide benchmarking plans for salaries, hierarchy, organization structure, and benefits
  • Develop hiring targets based on a solid recruiting plan catered around expansion and growth
  • Act as a stakeholder by demonstrating the ability to influence change within the organization by leveraging strong working relationships built on trust

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

  • 6+ years HRBP or HR Manager experience in a fast paced and highly evolving environment
  • Proven track record of building the HR function in a rapidly growing company
  • Strong background in performance management, benefits administration and compliance
  • Previous startup experience highly desired
  • 4-year college degree, graduate degree strongly preferred
