  • Develop best-in-class internal HR policies and procedures
  • Manage compliance training and other employee relation issues for all the offices
  • Partner with Team Leads regarding performance management, compensation and promotions programs
  • Manage benefits, compliance, recognition initiatives and exit processes
  • Develop industry wide benchmarking plans for salaries, hierarchy, organisation structure, benefits
  • Report to founders and senior managers about hiring progress/statistics
  • Develop hiring targets and plans for expansion

Requirements / Experience:

  • 3-5 years HR experience in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated track record of building the HR function in a growing company
  • Strong background in managing benefits and compliance
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • 4-year college degree
