We’re looking for a competitive, driven, and experienced sales leader to join our senior leadership team. You’ll lead’s sales and revenue generation execution strategy, working alongside our department heads, COO, Co-CEOs. Are you passionate about leading and managing a team?   • Manage and coordinate all revenue-generating company activities
  • Build a best in class sales organization and culture
  • Lead training and development of sales staff
  • Devise sales goals and incentive structures in-line with company goals
  • Optimize sales tools to empower the sales team and provide transparency into performance
  • Analyze the competitive environment and provide innovative insights on positioning and product to improve customer acquisition
  • Work with other departments to constantly improve the entire sales process, including marketing messaging and new client onboarding
  • Consistently review sales process and performance and lead development of new strategies and procedures


  • 5 – 10 years of  experience managing sales / sales teams across multiple regions (nationwide & global experience)
  • Minimum 3 years experience of managing a team
  • Prior experience in marketing, customer service, or business development roles 
  • B2B sales experience preferred
  • Strong analytical capabilities (Excel preferred)
  • Experience in designing sales training programs
