Onsite Catering Coordinator Part-Time


We’re looking for happy, friendly, responsible, and customer service- oriented individuals to join our team of Catering Coordinators to facilitate our meal programs.  As our frontline member onsite, you will work with our food vendors to ensure meals are delivered and set up properly for our clients. You’re an ideal candidate if you have a background in customer service, hospitality, food & beverage, housekeeping and/or have some retail experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting On-Site Representative & Brand Ambassador
  • Arrive at client sites to help with the food set up and clean up
  • Oversee the meal service and replenish food as needed
  • Ensure company standards are met by vendors (timing, food quality/quantity)
  • Keep the area tidy and presentable at all times
  • Work closely with our Operations team to help problem solve issues that come up during the meal service
  • Interact with clients and answer questions regarding ingredients and allergens, build rapport
  • Provide meal feedback daily through our web portal to improve future menu planning
  • Communicate regularly with Cater2.me Account Managers
  • Act as “Eyes & Ears”- relay information to/from clients, vendors to our Account Managers to help improve client meal experience

Requirements / Experience:

  • Punctual, self-motivated and works skillfully under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, upbeat personality, people skills  
  • Must be able to safely lift 25+lbs
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Have a current Food Handler's Card or obtain one by start date
  • Background of customer service, hospitality, food & beverage, housekeeping and retail preferred
  • Ability to work during the day, up to 30 hours/week
  • Candidates must be available for Friday lunch shifts
