Onsite Catering Coordinator Part-Time


We're looking for charismatic, responsible, food-loving individuals to join our team to help us manage our daily meal program at our client sites in this part time role. You'll be joining a team of professional On-Site Catering Coordinators in love with the food community. The ideal candidate must be open to flexible work schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate catered meal delivery and setup
  • Tend to meal such as replenishing trays, cleaning up spills, etc.
  • Develop knowledge
  • Ensure smooth set-up and breakdown of meal
  • Engage with clients
  • Document meaningful and specific feedback
  • Communicate regularly with Cater2.me Account Managers to help improve client meal experience

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Punctual, self-motivated and works skillfully under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to safely lift 50+lbs
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Open to travel locally
  • Ideal candidates have availability for both lunch & evening
  • Previous food service exp. of at least 6 months [preferred]
  • Able to pass a background check, have a current Food Handler’s Card

PAY/PERKS:

Situation Question: Our client has a pasta bar meal for their company lunch for 50 people. The catering company didn't provide the Gluten-Free Pasta as requested and purchased by the client. How will you oversee this situation? You will be the person responsible to relay any situation back to us, so consider this a real life situation and best practices to apply?*
