We are looking for a qualified Marketing Operations Associate to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will be an integral point-of-contact for our Marketing and Sales teams for all questions related to our CRM and other automation technology. 

Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of analytics best practices with a high technical acumen. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you. 

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to how the team sees and leverages data, think critically, and understand sales and marketing technology to help drive revenue targets. 


  • Ensure cleanliness and consistency of CRM data 
  • Scope, configure, and maintain systems in the Sales and Marketing tech stacks, including CRM, lead sourcing software, email automation tools, etc. 
  • Create and update automated workflows to support scaling of Marketing and Sales teams 
  • Create reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into Marketing and Sales data and performance 
  • Identify and implement enhancements to Marketing and Sales processes to optimize funnel and conversion success 
  • Create and maintain documentation regarding our policies, processes, and technology to ensure team compliance and consistency 


  • 2+ years of experience managing CRM systems, including implementation of automated workflows; strong preference for experience with Zoho CRM and other tools within Zoho Suite 
  • Experience configuring and maintaining Sales and Marketing technology (like, Unbounce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho Flows, Hubspot, Growlabs) 
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel and experience manipulating large data sets 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively 
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects autonomously 
  • Experience with analytical tools (Tableau, Sisense, Zoho Analytics) preferred

For this role we offer compensation in the range of $65,000 - $75,000  in addition to medical, vision, dental, commuter, and PTO benefits. This is a remote friendly role.
