Account Manager


POSITION SUMMARY

Cater2.me is a growing 200-person startup on a mission to make eating at work amazing! We prioritize learning and development, data-driven thinking, and innovation, working collaboratively across 11 US offices, from San Francisco and Los Angeles to New York and Atlanta.

As one of our Account Managers, you bring your passion for food, hospitality understanding, and charisma to enhance our clients’ experiences. You’re a hustler with a scrappy, can-do mentality who is happy navigating fast-paced and ever-changing situations. Utilizing a wide range of skills, you will work collaboratively with a national team to make our customers happy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work effectively within a team to deliver industry-leading client services, alleviating any arising issues and ensuring smooth logistical operations
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with our esteemed vendor partners to provide exemplary services and products to our cherished clients
  • Monitor and facilitate the daily order flow, always seeking to improve daily operations processes and procedures
  • Plan and curate individual menus to client specifications, tastes, and dietary preferences
  • Creatively solve logistical problems in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of our orders
  • Work Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm from the assigned office space; some night/weekend duty may be required

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Excitement and enthusiasm for food and customer service
  • Flawless communication, both verbal and written
  • Experience and ease with CRM database, web, and spreadsheet technology
  • Exceptional ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Startup experience is preferred
