Project Development Coordinator


Cater2.me is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and attentive Project Development Coordinator to provide personal and administrative support to our West Coast Head of Market. As a Project Development Coordinator, you have a top-notch sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, and thrive on streamlining communication, planning, and ensuring projects are continuously progressing. You are able to proactively assess the needs of the team, adapting plans and problem solving along the way. 

Cater2.me is a growing mid-size startup on a mission to make eating at work amazing.  We're changing the way employees eat by drawing from a diverse set of local, passionate food providers that are making company meals more exciting inside and outside of the office. We work collaboratively across 11 US markets, from San Francisco and New York to Austin and LA.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life-cycle of projects including but not limited to client communication, site walkthroughs, quality checks, and follow up
  • Work interdepartmentally with management to achieve project deadlines
  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with other departments to facilitate collaboration
  • Develop best practices for operational procedures
  • Provide project status updates to management and vendors
  • Manage inbound and outbound emails for the West Coast Head of Market, craft and send letters and emails, make phone calls as needed

Requirements/Experience

  • Experience providing support, preferably in an office setting
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff as well as outside clients
  • Impeccable sense of urgency and organization
  • Be able to recognize and anticipate potential problems and recommend viable solutions
  • College degree or equivalent education or training
  • Ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot proactively and work with agility
  • Hospitality experience is a plus
