POSITION OVERVIEW: feeds the best and brightest people and it takes the best and brightest team to do that. We're growing our HR team and looking to add a Recruiter to assist in all aspects of the employee life-cycle for all employees across the company. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, flexibility, and collaboration with employees of all levels. You must be able to self-manage your time in a remote setting until we are able to safely return to the office.


  • Manage full-cycle recruitment & on-boarding efforts across our offices, from sourcing and interviewing to offer and orientation
  • Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, communicating interview details to candidates and interviewers
  • Execute recruiting projects such as offer letter audits and job posting updates
  • Manage our applicant tracking system and job board updates
  • Document and suggest improvements for processes and procedures to ensure standardization and efficiency across a number of functional areas
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and methods
  • Other HR projects, initiatives, and admin duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 years HR and/or Recruitment experience
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems
  • Driven, hardworking personality
  • Startup experience is a plus
