Partnerships Coordinator


Cater2.me is a growing 200-person startup on a mission to make eating at work amazing! We prioritize learning and development, data-driven thinking, and innovation, working collaboratively across 11 US offices, from San Francisco and Los Angeles to New York and Atlanta.

We’re looking for a passionate marketer to build and execute strategic partnerships! Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will develop and implement strategies to increase our brand exposure and awareness, positively impacting our sales pipeline and creating additional opportunities to expand our business. You’ll be our expert in Cater2.me’s value proposition and will leverage that knowledge to seek partners that benefit from our services in new and unique ways.

Our ideal candidate will have past experience sourcing and structuring corporate partnerships while working alongside multiple departments and members of the organization to design partnerships through a variety of models including sponsorship partnerships, affiliate programs, and affinity partnerships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Initiate, build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships to drive bottom line impact and create meaningful business relationships
  • Constantly think of innovative ways to grow Cater2.me’s business and brand through new prospect generation and creative promotional campaigns
  • Manage coordination with partners and internal cross-functional teams to develop and implement new strategies, and to deliver any assets or collateral relevant to your work
  • Be responsible for success metrics
  • Operate with little oversight and build excitement and growth across partners and internally within the Company

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or sales
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of collecting and evaluating data to measure success
  • Time and project management skills with the ability to juggle and prioritize competing tasks
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Flawless writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Bachelor’s Degree
