Senior Marketing Strategist, Partnerships Manager is looking for a senior marketer to develop and implement strategies that will increase the company’s exposure and brand awareness, positively impact lead acquisition, and create additional opportunities for value generation. You will become an expert in the Company’s value proposition and leverage that knowledge to seek partners that can benefit from our services in new and unique ways, while providing the Company with new opportunities to expand its business.

You will work alongside other members of the organization to design partnerships across a variety of models, including distribution partnerships, affiliate programs, and affinity partnerships, and will take the lead in a white labeled sponsorship program the Company supports. You will also work to enable the Sales team to take advantage of new business growth opportunities.



  • Initiate, build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships to drive bottom line impact and create meaningful business relationships
  • Constantly thinks of innovative ways to grow’s business and brand through new prospect generation and creative promotional campaigns
  • Manage coordination with partners and internal cross-functional teams to develop and implement new strategies, and to deliver any assets or collateral relevant to your work
  • Be responsible for success metrics
  • Operate with little oversight and be able to build excitement and growth across partners and internally within the Company


  • Must have 4+ years of experience in marketing or sales, and at least 2 years of experience building partnerships. Ideal candidate will have experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Hospitality.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing corporate partnerships with meaningful results for brand awareness and bottom line
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience collecting and evaluating data to measure the success of marketing programs
  • Time and project management skills, with ability to juggle and prioritize competing tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and to take initiative
  • Bachelor’s Degree
