We're looking for a Sales Manager to oversee a team of inbound and outbound Sales Development Representatives to fuel the sales pipeline for our national sales team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will provide coaching and mentoring to the team in daily activities, demonstrate best practices, and support nationwide sales initiatives. The ideal candidate has both a strong team management background coupled with a passion for driving sales in a high-growth organization.


  • Manage a team of Inbound and Outbound Sales Development Representatives to fuel the sales pipeline for the Client Sales team
  • Provide direct coaching and mentoring to the team in day-to-day calls and activities to demonstrate best practices and effectively coach through qualifying targets and prioritizing sales efforts
  • Work closely with Sales Director to create and manage business development initiatives and forecast sales performance 
  • Identify team workflow needs and work with Sales Director to implement process changes and/or new tools in the sales stack
  • Perform routine checks to ensure that all team members are following the processes that have been established
  • Work cross-departmentally with Marketing to increase lead generation and track campaign effectiveness
  • Own the Outbound communication process for engaging new leads, including regular review and optimization of sequences, and management of tool 
  • Lead new hire onboarding, ongoing sales training, and performance management process of Sales Development Representatives
  • Document new processes and develop sales training materials as needed 
  • Work closely with Client Sales Team to apply feedback and maximize the effectiveness of the Sales Development Team 


  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales leadership position, preferably at a high-growth company
  • Data-oriented with intermediate levels of proficiency working with spreadsheets (data entry, formatting, basic mathematical functions, logic-based functions, Vlookup) 
  • Experience with CRM administration/customization
  • Experience with for sales engagement
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

For this role we offer compensation in the range of $85,000 to $105,000 in addition to medical, vision, dental, commuter, and PTO benefits.
