POSITION OVERVIEW:  

Cater2.me is hiring a Growth Marketer to join our team and help us scale our business. As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that includes paid and organic acquisition and retention programs. You should be a creative problem-solver with a passion for experimentation and a proven track record of driving growth for B2B companies. 

This is a great opportunity to be our first-ever Growth Marketer and help scale the business past its highest points in its 12-year history. We’re looking for someone to explore new channels/verticals for lead generation and client development. The competitive landscape that is the catering industry has evolved over the past few years and there's a lot of untapped potential. This role will be a great fit for you if you’re looking to make a big impact and use your creative marketing skills to boost revenue.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO:  

  • Develop and implement a growth marketing strategy and repeatable playbook for demand and lead generation, ensuring consistent growth of pipeline.  
  • Focus on end-to-end conversion optimization strategies, leveraging best practices and constantly testing ways to improve customer paths.  
  • Synthesize complex concepts into simple and engaging messaging and positioning to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.  
  • Partner closely with Marketing Ops and Sales to optimize lead scoring and delivery.  
  • Plan and execute inbound demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, emails/nurture, webinars, ABM, events, and paid ad generation.  
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, iterating and optimizing campaigns to drive better results.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.  
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and apply them to improve our overall marketing strategy.  
     

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM: 

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation or growth and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.  
  • Strong track record of driving sales and retention through a variety of channels 
  • Experience with developing and executing growth strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.  
  • Strong analytical skills, data-obsessed and able to use data to make informed decisions.  
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.  
  • Strong communication skills, able to distill complex topics and ambiguous information into thoughtful analyses and actionable insights.  
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of marketing automation/CRM systems (we use Zoho), and continuously push the boundaries of what those platforms can do.

For this role we offer compensation in the range of $85,000 - $120,000 in addition to medical, vision, dental, commuter, and PTO benefits.
