General Manager, Central Region

We’re looking for a driven individual to lead our Central markets who is excited about contributing both strategically and tactically to help us continue the development and expansion of our Austin, Chicago, Denver, and satellite markets. You’ll help craft market strategy, provide direct management and career mentorship to our local teams, and collaborate with senior leaders to provide insights and suggestions directly impacting national company strategy.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the growth of's Austin, Chicago, Denver, and satellite markets 
  • Support retention, current client program development and new client acquisition efforts 
  • Provide mentorship and help each individual excel in their specific role, collaborate better with each other, develop a strong, positive culture internally, and feel connected to their distributed teams and colleagues on a national level 
  • Oversee our Onsite Operations team, ensuring proper staffing and equipment needs
  • Supervise the management of our Austin office (e.g. supply ordering, maintenance, etc.)
  • Actively participate in senior meetings to help craft goals for all departments and the long-term direction of 
  • Identify and collaborate with department directors on operational and strategic opportunities on both a local and national level 
  • Develop market leadership and oversight strategies applicable to both Austin and other markets
  • Coordinate and oversee the Austin External Operations team


  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree desired 
  • Proven leadership and experience with managing effective client relationships that are high, wide and deep 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a broad knowledge of management practices and strong business analysis/project management skills 
  • Demonstrated business savvy to effectively communicate and work with other executives in support of achieving business and systems goals 
  • Excellent communication skills with a wide range of audiences including clients, front line managers and C-level leaders
