Sales Project Coordinator


Cater2.me is a growing 200-person startup on a mission to make eating at work amazing! We prioritize learning and development, data-driven thinking, and innovation, working collaboratively across 11 US offices, from San Francisco and Los Angeles to New York and Atlanta.

As our Sales Project Coordinator, you will work directly with the Head of Client Sales to manage data, processes, and documentation for our sales national team. You’ll provide project management support to help in implementing various sales initiatives tied to driving revenue, team productivity, and sales strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage and prioritize a steady stream of requests
  • Actively support continuous process improvements relevant to sales activities and functions designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, go-to-market strategies, and operational efficiency
  • Assist in the establishment and implementation of guidelines and ongoing sales policy across the team
  • Assist in all facets of sales planning including regular updates to quotas, metrics, and activity goals for the sales team
  • Create project plans and work with other team members to define and assign deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines
  • Manage commission calculations and process
  • Work closely with users to ensure a high level of data quality in CRM by regularly reviewing and auditing RM database health, ensuring data cleanliness and completeness
  • Research and conduct preliminary evaluations of new tools, techniques, and processes used by high-performing teams
  • Ensure customer contracts are accurate, properly reflecting contract dates, discounts, special terms, etc.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines while maintaining work quality
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and reporting
  • Sales experience
  • Proven understanding of sales organization, processes, systems, and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
