As the HR Business Partner with, you’ll work directly with the co-founders, stakeholders, and employees of all levels to foster a highly harmonious and productive team structure while maintaining all daily people operations. You’ll be directly responsible for compliance, payroll & benefits, talent management, and training within the organization while providing consultative support to management.


  • Develop and manage best-in-class people policies and procedures
  • Oversee HR team
  • Partner with leadership regarding performance management, continued training, and employee engagement programs
  • Directly manage benefits, compliance, employee recognition, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Determine compensation, growth, benefits, and organizational structure benchmarks
  • Regularly report on people and recruitment metrics to founders and stakeholders
  • Manage all compliance training and other employee relations company-wide
  • Manage day-to-day recruiting while developing and meeting hiring targets


  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record
  • 3-5 years HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated track record of building and managing the HR function in a growing company
  • Strong background in managing benefits and compliance
  • Strong communication skills and a tenacious personality
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • PHR or other HR certification preferred
