Sales Manager

We're looking for the right sales person to join us in a new role that you can help shape. You will have a high level of responsibility and opportunity and will report to the Director of Sales.


  • Manage a team of Client Sales representatives to hit quarterly sales quotas individually and as a team
  • Implement staffing, training and performance management models to hire, train and develop employees
  • Implement accountability measures to enable the sales team to reach and exceed their goals
  • Liaise with other departments to maximize efficiency of sales process
  • Work closely with company leadership to create and manage business development initiatives and forecast sales performance


  • BA/BS degree required
  • Proven track record of sales success in either a sales representative or business development role
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of B2B sales representatives
  • Experience developing sales pipelines through sourcing and lead generation processes
  • Strong understanding of business productivity analytics, revenue reporting, and quota (expert-level Excel skills a plus)
  • Experience working with CRM applications
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, time management and prioritization skills
