POSITION OVERVIEW: is looking for an Account Manager, who will bring a passion for food, hospitality understanding, and charisma to help our clients build corporate culture and a sense of community. You’re a hustler with a scrappy, can-do mentality who is happy navigating fast-paced and ever-changing situations. Using a wide range of skills, you will work collaboratively with a national team to meet and exceed our customers’ needs.


  • Work effectively within a team to deliver industry-leading client services, alleviating any arising issues and ensuring smooth logistical operations
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with our esteemed vendor partners to provide exemplary services and products to our cherished clients
  • Monitor and facilitate the daily order flow, always seeking to improve daily operations processes and procedures
  • Plan and curate individual menus to client specifications, tastes, and dietary preferences
  • Creatively solve logistical problems in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of our orders
  • Actively monitor the performance and logistical needs of our onsite staff
  • Regularly attend client sites and potential client sites to oversee and assist with onsite performance
  • Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (or as assigned by your manager) in the office and at client sites; some flexibility to work night/weekend duty is required


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excitement and enthusiasm for hospitality and customer service
  • Flawless communication, both verbal and written
  • Experience and ease with CRM database, web, and spreadsheet technology
  • Exceptional ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Startup experience is preferred
