Operations Associate

Job Description:

The Operations team is the engine that makes Cater2.me run. As an Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring unparalleled service to our clients. We're looking for self-motivated, quick-thinkers who will be able to execute a number of tasks flawlessly with confidence. We're the best in the business at customer service and expect each new member of the team to treat our clients like kings. You handle stressful inquiries with flare. You should be very comfortable on the phone and well-written over email. Most importantly, your time management is impeccable and you get things done.

This role is based out of our San Francisco office and operates Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.



  • Deliver industry-leading customer service
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with clients and vendors
  • Solve logistical problems in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of our orders
  • Actively seek to improve daily operations processes and procedures
  • Optimize the process of ensuring timely deliveries to clients
  • Support Account Managers in day-to-day operations
  • Manage, coordinate and oversee catering equipment organization and delivery. 

Requirements / Experience:

  • Flawless communication, both verbal and written, under pressure
  • Comfortable with database, web and spreadsheet technology
  • Exceptional ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • 4-year college degree
  • Previous experience using Zendesk or Helpscout in an operations/customer success role
  • Startup experience is preferred
