HR Coordinator


POSITION SUMMARY

If you LOVE working with people in a place where no days are the same, we have the position for you! Cater2.me is actively seeking an HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This position will assist in all aspects of the employee life-cycle for all employees nationwide. You will partner closely with the HR Business Partner and company leadership to support onboarding, payroll, performance management, training, and benefits administration.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, flexibility, and collaboration with employees of all levels. You must be able to self-manage your time in a remote setting until we are able to safely return to the office.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support employees through the HR Life Cycle (Onboarding, Orientation, Talent Management, and Offboarding)
  • Assist in administering payroll and benefits, working with our HR system, and being the main point of contact for questions
  • Support HR team on any employee relations matters and assist in ensuring positive workplace culture
  • Document and suggest improvements for processes and procedures to ensure standardization and efficiency across a number of functional areas
  • Manage performance management and ongoing training & development processes and schedules
  • Other projects and initiatives as assigned

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 1-2 years HR experience
  • Basic working knowledge of federal and local labor laws
  • Experience administering benefits and/or payroll
  • Experience supporting remote sites preferred
  • Startup experience is a plus
