HR Manager


POSITION SUMMARY

As the Head of HR with Cater2.me, you’ll work directly with the co-founders, stakeholders, and employees of all levels to foster a highly harmonious and productive team structure while maintaining all daily people operations. You’ll be directly responsible for compliance, payroll & benefits, talent management, and training within the organization while providing consultative support to management.

This position will be remote until we are safely able to return to our offices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and manage best-in-class people policies and procedures
  • Oversee HR team
  • Partner with leadership regarding performance management, continued training, and employee engagement programs
  • Directly manage benefits, compliance, employee recognition, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Determine compensation, growth, benefits, and organizational structure benchmarks
  • Regularly report on people and recruitment metrics to founders and stakeholders
  • Manage all compliance training and other employee relations company-wide
  • Manage day-to-day recruiting while developing and meeting hiring targets

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 5+ years HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated track record of building and managing the HR function in a growing company
  • Strong background in managing benefits and compliance
  • Strong communication skills and a tenacious personality
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record
  • PHR or other HR certification preferred
